The Nemesis of the King Aru’Vahl is the Great Generational name of the emperor ruling the western kingdoms of Terra just prior to Isa’s coming. Aru’Vahl (meaning "Man of Evil") reigned as near-absolute ruler of Terra’s western kingdoms for seven years. His reign was marked by global oppression and the death of nearly two-thirds of the planet’s population. Accounts prior to the Great Generation assert that Aru’Vahl was allied with Ophis of the Eternal Sher’rosuu, who had general foreknowledge of the King’s coming. His seven-year reign was designed to prepare Terra and his subjects for a war with the King upon the King's arrival. However, the King arrived with a massive contingent of Ooranians and pre-Royalist Isians who defeated Aru’Vahl on the plains of Megiddon. Upon victory, the King imprisoned Aru’Vahl at Kayhu-Shakhath. |
